The Home (4 Bedroom and 4.5 Bathroom)

This 5,360 square foot home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.  Spectacular views & western rustic ambiance in this luxury private home in a private setting located at the end of a quiet and sunny cul-de-sac.  Experience the most dramatic scenery and feelings of tranquility that the rugged Colorado Rockies have to offer in this world class Telluride Mountain Village ski resort, with walk-in ski access just 125 yard's down Gold Hill Court to the "Double Cabin's" (chairlift #10) ski run.  This Telluride mountain village home indulges you in the finest golfing, skiing, cultural activities, summer and winter festivals, and fine dining within minutes of your front door.  This home has great expanses of open space, granite and tumbled marble countertops, 10' ceilings, a gourmet custom kitchen, and a great room with fireplace, pool table and private deck and a second kids family room. Digital Cable and internet service is provided in the home at no additional charge. (please note - internet service is new in Telluride and does go in and out frequently and is not guarenteed)

Master Suite
Spaciously situated on it's own level, this suite is designed for full privacy for the couple in love.  Featuring a steam shower, private Jacuzzi for two, custom made aspen log, king-size bed, fireplace, walk-in closet; captivating views from every window, and a small nook with settee and table for a relaxing moment. A small refrigerator is located in the room for all your refreshments. Internet access in the master suite (you must bring your own computer).

Guest Bedrooms
Guest Bedrooms are all situated on different levels for additional privacy for all guests.  The first of 2 guest bedrooms with baths features a King size bed and a walk in closet, refrigerator, fireplace, steam shower, Jacuzzi bath tub and double sinks.  The second guest bedroom has a private bath (located just outside the bedroom) and a queen size bed and a closet.  The third guest bedroom has 1 bunk bed and a queen bed and it's own bathroom. To accommodate the extended family and additional guests, the downstairs family room features a sofa (not a sleeper sofa). We also keep an extra twin mattress (that can be placed on the floor next to the sofa) located in a storage closet in the event you need a spare bed. You must set up prior to arrival if the extra mattress and bedding is needed. Note storage closet in bedroom with bunk room is a owners lock out closet and is not accessible at anytime.

(you must bring your own computer). Note: the small wine closet cooler is turned off and can not be used.

Free (only suggested $2 - $3 tip each trip) suburban car service just a phone call awayl (970-728-8888) to transport you and your guests to the activities of choice anywhere in Mountain Village or to the Gondola to access the town of Telluride (you do not need a car in this town). Attached, car garage.  Stereo system piped throughout the home. Mud room off garage to take off dirty clothes and shoes after an active day.  Plenty of storage. Gas grill on second floor deck overlooking the mountains. Exterior Jacuzzi bath for 6 of your closest friends after a busy day.

Miscellaneous Amenities
All linens and towels and all kitchen supplies included.  Washer and dryer and gas grill.  No pets - No smoking. No shoes allowed in the home, please take off all shoes in the mud room next to the kitchen before entering the home.
