Policies:

Rates are subject to change at the discretion of Elevation Vacations, LLC
Extra person charge of $25/person per night may apply. Rollaway beds and crib rentals available and must be prearranged for $50 each.
No smoking allowed in any unit
NO Pets allowed in any units except at management’s discretion through prior arrangement, damage deposit will be required.
Payment: Payment may be on Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit cards; approved personal, business, or traveler checks; or cash.
Damages: Management reserves the right to charge guests for damage or cleaning determined to be excessive.
ALL Residences of Elevation Vacations may be listed for sale. Guests will be given 24 hour notice of any scheduled showings during a guest's visit, unless other arrangements have been agreed to.

Deposit/Cancellation Policies:
Deposit Policy: A deposit of one night room and tax is required to reserve. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival or 60 Days prior to Holiday period arrival.
If reservation is made within 45 days off arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation received within 10 days of booking is entitled to full refund. Cancellation received after 10 days will forfeit entire deposit.
Cancellation received within 45 days (or 60 days for Holiday) of arrival all payments are non-refundable. Cancellation received within 45 days (or 60 days for Holidays) of arrival is non-refundable.
Wholesalers & Travel Agents will be notified of any overages paid to Elevation Vacations. Failure to respond within 14 days will result in forfeiture of said overage.
Elevation Vacations, LLC will forgive short payments received by wholesalers/travel agents not to exceed $50.00 for any single reservation or $250.00 cumulative total per season.

Housekeeping:
Checkout cleaning is included for every stay. A thorough midweek clean is provided for stays of 4 nights or more including
linens, towel exchange, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen clean. cleaning. towel exchange, trash removal, and bathroom and kitchen
Additional cleaning may be provided a la carte ($30/hour).

Check in Instructions:
Agent will receive check in instructions for each reservation upon receipt of final payment. Agent will forward these check-in instruction to the guest.

Taxes and Fees:
Rates do not include 12.4% sales/lodging tax and 7% service fee.
